Quarter houses 194 intimate apartments situated in Cleveland's historic Ohio City neighborhood. 25 floor plans were redesigned to demonstrate Quarter’s voice. The plans were simplified to exist in various styles on printed and digital sell sheets, as well as on the Quarter website. 






Site plans of the 5 building levels were redesigned and printed on presentation boards, displayed inside the leasing office. The boards exist as an informative element, revealing style and location of every individual floor plan that Quarter offers.
